WEEKLY OFFERING ENVELOPES
Many Congregants continue to use the traditional method of putting cash or cheque into their numbered envelopes and placing the envelope into the Offertory plate at either of the Sunday services. The envelope numbering allows us to credit your givings account by which you will receive a tax receipt at the end of the year for your total givings. If you do not already have a set of numbered envelopes and would like one, please contact the Church office at office@standrewsottawa.ca.
PRE-AUTHORIZED REMITTANCE (PAR)
For your ease of use and to help ensure a steady flow of givings to the Church, many Congregants have switched to the PAR program whereby they authorize automatic monthly withdrawals from their bank account. If you would like to join the PAR program, please use the enrolment form in the link below. You can also change your monthly givings amount or withdraw from the program at any time by use of the change form in the second link below.
ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS
Gifts can be made via electronic transfer from your bank account using Interac e-transfer. Please use the e-mail address donations@standrewsottawa.ca – no password is needed as the funds are automatically deposited into the Church’s bank account and the office is informed of your donation for tax receipt purposes. Please include your envelope number in the message box.
MAILED IN DONATIONS
Donations can also be mailed in to St. Andrew’s Church at 82 Kent Street, Ottawa ON K1P5N9. Tax receipts will be issued at year-end for gifts of $20 or more. Please do not mail cash.
VISITOR’S ENVELOPES
Cheques or cash can be placed in the Visitor’s envelopes available in the pews which can then be dropped into the Offertory plate as it passes by during the service. Please write your name and contact information on the envelope so that we can send you a tax receipt.
If you have questions regarding any of these methods or the on-line giving option, please contact stewardship@standrewsottawa.ca
